We take care of everything when it comes to cleaning. We provide all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including eco-friendly options if desired. You don’t need to worry about supplying anything - just sit back, relax, and let us do the work. If you have any special requests for cleaning supplies or if you want to provide supplies to the cleaners, simply let us know in your client intake form.
How do you determine pricing for your services?
Our pricing is based on several factors, including the size of your space, the type of cleaning service you require, and any additional services you may need. We offer competitive pricing and can provide you with a detailed quote based on your specific needs. Our goal is to provide you with a transparent and fair pricing structure that meets your budget. What do you not clean / What do cleaners NOT do?
We provide professional residential cleaning, including carpet cleaning when requested.
However, there are some services we do not provide:
Exterior window cleaning
Inside fireplaces, laundry, dishwashing, or picking up clutter
Heavy mold infestations, extensive grease or fire damage, bodily fluids, pet messes, or bug infestations
For safety reasons, we have a 30-pound weight limit on items we move and use a 2-foot step stool for high areas. If you’re ever unsure whether something is included, just ask-we’re happy to clarify before your appointment.

All of our cleaners are carefully vetted, background-checked, and go through a rigorous 3-step interview process. They are also licensed, bonded, and insured for your peace of mind. Our training program ensures that each cleaner is well-prepared to deliver the highest quality of service. Only 5% of applicants make it through our selection process, ensuring that you receive the best possible cleaning experience. You can trust that we only send cleaners to your home who we would feel comfortable sending to our own houses. Our commitment to excellence in hiring and training sets us apart in providing a reliable and trustworthy cleaning service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible and accommodating to your needs. We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to work with you to find a solution that works for both parties. However, please note that a $50 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. This policy is in place to ensure that our cleaners’ schedules are respected and to minimize any inconvenience caused by last-minute changes. Each one of our cleaners plans and schedules their weeks according to the cleans they are assigned. When a clean is changed or canceled last minute this may affect prior commitments they have made such as babysitting plans. Additionally, a last-second cancellation takes an opportunity away from them that could have been filled by another customer.
Will the same cleaner or team clean my home each time?
We understand the importance of consistency when it comes to cleaning services. While we strive to send the same cleaner or team to your home for each cleaning, there may be occasions when this is not possible due to scheduling or other factors. Rest assured, all our cleaners are trained professionals who will provide you with the highest level of service. Our team works diligently to ensure that your cleaning experience is consistently excellent, even when there are unavoidable changes to the cleaning schedule.
How can I prepare for my cleaning appointment?
To prepare for your cleaning appointment, please fill out the client intake form with as much detail as possible. The more information our team has to work with the higher likelihood that you are satisfied with the job they do. Successful house cleans always come down to proper communication between customers and our team. Clear clutter from countertops, bathrooms, and the kitchen to allow our team to deep clean these areas effectively. While our cleaners are skilled cleaners, they are not professional movers, so please ensure these areas are cleared before their arrival. It’s also helpful to minimize distractions by keeping kids, pets, and other people away from the cleaning area. Our cleaners will bring their supplies and equipment, so providing them with enough space to work safely is important. If you have any questions about preparing for the cleaning, feel free to ask!
How do you ensure the security and confidentiality of my home and belongings during the cleaning?

Yes! We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your cleaning, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
You don’t pay until after your cleaning is complete. Your card is charged 24 hours after the service, giving you time to review the results. To secure your appointment, we place a temporary authorization hold 48 hours before the clean-this is not a charge, just a confirmation that your card is valid.
