Permission is requested before any heavy-duty cleaner is used, HEPA filtration vacuums are available for allergies, and the non-toxic products are safe for all types of families and their pets.

How does ongoing service work?

Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?
No, only if you want to be. April Lane's provides free lockboxes or can work with apartment keys, and keys are stamped with a randomly generated code that makes them identifiable only to those within the company.
What is the minimum booking?
There is a 2 hour minimum with one cleaner, which April Lane's describes as typically the lowest you will find in the industry, because its cleaners work independently rather than in teams.
What is your cancellation policy?
April Lane's asks for a full 2 business days notice for recurring services and 3 business days for hourly cleanings. Late cancellation is $50 if the cleaning is rescheduled, or 50% of the total cleaning cost if it is skipped entirely.
