Seattle Chiropractic and Wellness Center was founded in 2008 by Dr. Nadeem Bajwa and is located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The practice combines chiropractic care with Traditional Chinese Medicine, treating headaches, whiplash, neck pain, back pain, herniated discs, stress and tension, TMJD (jaw pain), and auto accident, workplace and personal injuries. Alongside chiropractic adjustments the team offers acupuncture, fire cupping, Chinese herbal medicine, electrotherapy, liniments, cold laser therapy, custom orthotics, Kinesio tape, myofascial release, and pregnancy care using the Webster Technique (ICPA). The treatment approach is built on three principles: understand the patient, their medical history and goals for treatment; provide safe and effective treatment; and educate the patient. A wide range of insurance is accepted for chiropractic and acupuncture, including auto insurance, L&I/Worker's Comp, Medicare and TriWest/VA, and the office will verify your insurance benefits as a courtesy.

What services do you offer?

Community Health Plan of Washington (Apple Health) is accepted for both as out-of-network. As a courtesy the office will verify your insurance benefits and provide its findings.
Do you treat auto accident injuries?
Yes. Auto insurance is accepted and the practice treats whiplash and auto accident injuries. The insurance page notes that with PIP coverage in place, you and all the passengers in the car are insured regardless of who is at fault for an accident, typically up to $10,000, covering medical expenses and lost wages including chiropractic care and out-of-pocket prescription costs.
Are you open on weekends?
The office is open Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Sunday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and the website notes those weekend hours are for acupuncture only. Weekday hours are Monday to Wednesday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Thursday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
What happens on my first visit?
You will complete patient forms, then have a consultation with Dr. Bajwa or Dr. Robin to discuss your health-related problems, concerns and potential treatment options. Dr. Nadeem Bajwa performs a complete chiropractic examination testing reflexes and flexibility along with standard neurological, orthopedic, postural and physical tests, and X-rays may be taken depending on your specific condition. After a detailed report of findings you can choose to experience your first treatment, which may include spinal adjustments, physical therapy and/or soft tissue massage.
What if I have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage?
The practice states that for patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. CareCredit is also accepted, offering special financing options and convenient monthly payments.
Do you offer prenatal chiropractic care?
Yes. Dr. Mei Ling Robin, DC is Perinatal Certified and Webster certified, and the practice lists pregnancy care using the Webster Technique (ICPA) among its services. Dr. Robin treats patients of all ages from infancy to adulthood.
