What areas do you serve?
We cover most of King and Pierce counties. Our headquarters is in Puyallup, but our technicians are based throughout the region and take their trucks home each day, which helps us reach communities like Tacoma, Seattle, Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Gig Harbor, and many more.
What does pricing look like and can you quote over the phone?
Yes. Our office team is happy to go over our pest control plans and packages with you over the phone. We'll listen to what you've been dealing with, ask a few questions, and provide pricing info, so most of the process is handled before a technician ever comes out.
Is your treatment safe for pets and children?
Yes. The products we use are safe when applied properly. Our trained technicians follow product guidelines closely and typically recommend avoiding treated areas during and shortly after application to keep your family safe while we deal with the pests.
Do you require a long-term contract?
For most of our services, no long-term contract is required. We offer flexible month-to-month options with no penalties if you decide to stop. If you're looking for a longer-term service, we offer discounts, and we'll go over everything during your inspection.
What warranty and guarantee do you offer?
We guarantee results. Our warranties vary depending on the type of pest and the conditions at your property, and they typically remain valid as long as we're providing regular prevention services. Some services, like termite treatment, come with longer warranties.
How long will it take to resolve my pest issue?
We aim to resolve your pest issue as quickly as possible, and in most cases control is achieved within a week or two. We often include follow-up visits to make sure the problem is fully taken care of.
Do you only treat for rats?
No. Our mascot, Ralph the Rat, is front and center in our logo, but we treat much more than rats. We handle mice, ants, spiders, stinging insects, termites, cockroaches, wood-boring beetles, pantry pests, and more.
