Alex was incredibly helpful when my washer wouldn't drain. He quickly identified the root cause and I was able to schedule the repair for the day after the new part was ordered. Alex was professional, efficient, and I sincerely appreciated his attention to detail. He made sure that everything was running properly before leaving and even helped resolve some other issues in my apartment, such as finding what was causing the beeping in the laundry room and helping with a loose cabinet door. I would highly recommend Alex for any form of repair! (And my cat was a fan too)

Alex K. did an amazing job replacing the gasket on the washer and servicing the dryer. He was efficient, took great care of our home, went above and beyond cleaning behind the units, and was easy to work with. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

I had an issue with my all-in-one washer/dryer. The drain pump sounded gravelly/not good. My landlord contacted them first thing in the morning and they were able to come same day! Great repair by Vlad! Rollers replaced making the dryer run like new! He went the extra mile by cleaning out the lint and coins to ensure the dryer was all set. Communicative about arrival time, professional, and excellent costumer service! I highly recommend Hotwire HVAC and Vlad!
