We also offer termite inspections, WDI letters for closings, and rodent exclusion that seals the entry points pests use to get inside. We take a reduced-risk approach, using low-impact, EPA-approved products that we are comfortable using around our own families. If pests come back between visits, we retreat at no extra charge through free unlimited callbacks. There are no binding contracts, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Our sealing work is backed by a warranty, so if something we sealed fails within the window, we come back and fix it. Our TriGuard pest plan starts at $49 per month with a $200 setup fee. The TriGuard with Sentricon bundle, which adds termite protection, starts at $69 per month, and our SeasonGuard+ plan with pest, termite, mosquito, and tick coverage starts at $95 per month. One-time rodent service runs $300, and rodent exclusion is quoted per home after a walk-through.
