Highly recommend these people. Helped us figure out the right power chair which is a Golden Ally Pro. Phenomenal electric chair that looks very sporty and lots of great feature. Pricing was fair and great service!!

In an emergency situation, Justin and Katie went above and beyond to help our family, installing a chairlift within just 24 hours. Their kindness and sensitivity to our situation made a world of difference during a very stressful time.

While we ended up not needing the equipment, Justin was too the time in looking up the best lift chair for our needs . AND even though it being just days before Christmas, he was willing to schedule a trip to deliver this item to us, in 3 days , which would have entailed over a 4 hr round trip.

I recently had knee surgery and needed to be non-weight bearing for 6 weeks. I rented a wheelchair from Upward Mobility and it worked out great. It was clean and functional and the price was affordable. Thank you!

The lady wife spoke to (I don't remember the name but it was on 6/15) agreed to stay late to allow us to pick it up. When we arrived, she was very pleasant and showed us how to put on the foot sections and fold the chair up. She really went out of her way to help.

We looked all over Burlington to different medical stores to find a controller for our lift chair, which was very old. Our last hope was to go to Upward Mobility, and we couldn't believe that this place had everything anyone would need. They had it in stock.
