Do you charge for a roof inspection?
No. Roof inspections are free, and every inspection includes a complimentary roof cleaning so you can see the true condition of the roof.

Texas does not issue a roofing license, so there is no state roofing license to hold. Rox Roofing is registered with the City of San Antonio as a PLUS contractor and carries proper insurance.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
There are three workmanship warranty options on asphalt roofing systems: 5 year, 10 year and lifetime. Asphalt materials also carry 10 year and lifetime manufacturer warranties.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes. Options range from 3 to 12 months at 0% interest up to 96 month terms at 6.99% interest, and the approval decision usually comes back in about 10 minutes.
How long does a roof replacement take?
A simple standard residential roof usually takes 1 to 2 days, while more complex homes take 3 to 5 days. Commercial projects can run anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks.
What roofing materials do you install?
Rox Roofing installs asphalt shingle, metal and tile roofing systems, and works with products from Owens Corning, CertainTeed, GAF, Flintlastic and Conklin.
Will you check the roof decking for rot?
Yes. On a replacement, everything including the felt underlayment is removed, so all roof decking plywood is visually inspected for rotted wood and replaced as needed. There is usually a cost associated with rotted wood replacement.
