Do you offer emergency plumbing after hours?
Yes. Jilly Plumbing has licensed plumbers on call for emergency plumbing service calls. Call Monday through Friday evenings and nights, and Saturday until 8:00 pm. Between Saturday 4:00 pm and Monday 12:00 am you can leave a message and the team will return it on Monday during regular business hours.
What are your office hours?
The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The company is closed on Sundays so employees can set aside one day to rest and worship if they choose.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Jilly Plumbing offers free in-person plumbing estimates and does not add trip charges. The team evaluates the problem and provides a solution with an upfront price before the work begins.
