Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Every job runs under Master Plumber License MPL 46504, and all of our plumbers are licensed, bonded, and insured. Every team member also completes a background check before joining the team.
Do you offer emergency plumbing service?
Yes. We offer emergency plumbing services for urgent situations. Our office hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, and after hours you can call and follow the prompts so emergencies receive priority attention.

What plumbing services do you provide?
We handle residential plumbing repairs and maintenance, drain cleaning including hydro jetting, leak detection, slab leak repair, sewer line repair, whole home repiping, water heater repair and installation, plumbing inspections, and garbage disposal repair and installation.
Do you install water softeners and filtration systems?
Yes. We install and service Nelsen water softeners along with whole home water filtration and reverse osmosis systems to address the hard water found throughout the San Antonio area.
Do you work on tankless water heaters?
Yes. We install, repair, and maintain tankless water heaters. Chambliss is one of the only Rinnai ACE-certified dealers in the San Antonio area, and our plumbers have completed Levels 1, 2, and 3 of Rinnai's training.
How quickly can you schedule a plumber?
Call during business hours and we will work to get a plumber to you quickly, often the same day depending on our schedule.
