FAQs
How do I get an estimate?
When you contact Evolution Moving Company you are assigned a dedicated move coordinator who provides a written estimate outlining pricing, crew size, estimated hours, and scheduling. You can request a free quote by phone or through the website.
Do you charge by the hour or a flat rate?
Both. Local and Texas moves use hourly rates on a non binding estimate, so you pay only for the actual work time, while interstate moves use flat rate, binding pricing based on move size and distance.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Local and Texas moves typically require a one hour deposit, and interstate moves require a minimum of $500 per truck. The deposit holds the reservation and secures your services.
When should I schedule my move?
Contact the team at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance when possible. Scheduling earlier increases date availability, especially for popular times like weekends and the end of the month.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Evolution Moving Company is licensed under USDOT 2467590 and TxDMV 006779351c and carries three way insurance covering liability, workers comp, and cargo.
What services do you offer?

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is accepted by cash, check, and major credit or debit cards, and interest free financing is available through Wisetack.
