Time starts a half hour before arrival unless stated otherwise, and inside Loop 1604 time starts on location.

Are there any extra charges?
The only items charged separately are mattress bags, tape, and televisions over 59 inches. There are no heavy item fees unless items are over 250 pounds, such as marble tops, workout equipment, or adjustable beds.
Do you offer packing?
Yes. The crew can pack for you at an additional cost for materials. Otherwise loose clothing, bedding, and personal belongings should be packed before the movers arrive, and all drawers must be empty so items can be moved properly.
Is there anything you will not move?
Gas or oil items, liquor, and live plants are not transported.
How do I book a move?
You need to provide a good email address so a deposit request can be sent. The deposit is put toward your move and is non refundable if you cancel. Both addresses plus a contact name and number for the day of the move are also required.
