What happens at my first visit?
Your initial appointment lasts approximately 45 minutes and includes a consultation with the doctor to discuss your medical history and current concerns, a thorough examination, and recommendations for treatment. Treatment is explained and provided on the same day as your consultation, so please arrive on time and we can dedicate the full session to your care.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept major medical insurance, but we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. We accept HSA and FSA cards, cash, debit, and credit cards.
Do you see babies and children?
Yes. Pediatric care is a core part of the practice, covering every stage of childhood development from infancy onward. Dr. Ashtiani has completed 200 hours of pediatric chiropractic training, holds a Pediatric SOT certification, and is trained in addressing tongue and lip tie. Pediatric treatment is gentle, using light pressure on restricted spinal segments with no twisting or popping of the spine.
Are you certified in the Webster Technique?
Yes. Our chiropractors are certified in the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. It is a specialized analysis and adjustment designed to reduce nervous system stress and improve pelvic biomechanics, and it is especially beneficial for pregnant patients experiencing lower back and hip pain.
Do you take X-rays in the office?
No. We do not perform X-rays in our office, as 90% of our patients are children or expecting mothers. If imaging such as X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, or ultrasounds is needed, we refer you to a trusted imaging facility where you can use your insurance, and our chiropractors share the reviewed results with you.
Do you offer memberships or packages?
We do not offer memberships. We do provide bundle and family packages, and family bundle pricing and packages are available for existing patients.
What therapies do you offer besides adjustments?
Alongside chiropractic adjustments we offer Graston Technique myofascial therapy, RockTape and Kinesio taping, PiezoWave acoustic compression therapy, acupuncture and dry needling, craniosacral therapy, rehabilitation and corrective exercises, and nutrition counseling with specialized testing.
