That 1 Painter Dallas
That 1 Painter Dallas is a locally owned painting company serving Dallas and the surrounding DFW corridor from an office on North Central Expressway in Richardson. Owned by Allan, Alfonso and April Alarcon, the crew handles interior repaints, exterior repaints, cabinet refinishing, deck and fence staining, drywall repair, popcorn-ceiling removal, limewash, brick painting, stucco repair, caulking, wallpaper removal, pressure washing, sell-ready work and commercial painting. Scopes are written around North Texas conditions - UV on south and west elevations, hail-alley storm bands, Blackland Prairie clay movement and freeze-thaw cycles - with a documented prep sequence, 100 percent acrylic exterior systems and off-site spraying for cabinet doors and drawer fronts. The company is licensed and insured, every crew member is covered under its general liability and workers' comp policy, and every project carries a 3-year transferable warranty against peeling, blistering and adhesion failure on properly prepped surfaces.
