And the project was completed on cost, with only a couple transparent and agreed changes precipitated by several decisions we made as the project progressed. The overall project cost was highly competitive with other bids we received. We’ve done a lot of projects like this (even bigger, including 2-story addition) in the past, working with many different contractors in different homes in different states. Communication is best-in-class, with daily updates, advising when contractors would be starting each day, what they expected to accomplish by when, and what decisions/help they needed from us to keep on track. They were not hesitant to make suggestions to improve the design or execution, especially regarding cost/value tradeoffs, which was very helpful. The craftsmanship of their work is impressive, especially custom cabinets, woodwork, tile and paint. Very high attention to detail, often catching little issues I hadn’t even noticed, and reworking them to deliver the highest quality, turning our vision into a stunning reality. Great experience working with ICO on our bathroom remodel. We had a shower leak in our old bathroom and needed to start quickly. Ilia and Or were able to get us started on a fast timeline since it was not a planned renovation. We are thrilled with the new bright, open space and incredible upgrades they were able to provide!!

ICO LLC did an amazing job on our 1st floor renovation!! I had heard contractor horror stories and had one of my own. ICO LLC blows that stereotype away. We renovated the kitchen, master bath, guest bath, stairs, and all hardwood floor refinishing. Communication was prompt, clear and concise. They always made sure the choice/decisions were clear and documented. All subcontractors/trades were amazing and professional and kept work area clean. As you can see from the photos, the results turned out amazing!!! ICO LLC may have some of the best subcontractors/trades in the area! And they have built a strong relationship with them so it is not random trades/workers in your house. They are representing ICO LLC and they take that very seriously and it shows.
