Work can be booked as a $49 priority on-site service assessment, a same-day service call, or a half-day block of up to 4 hours or a full-day block of up to 8 hours, and monthly home maintenance plans are available through the Propertifix HomeCare Membership. The company is insured and bonded, gives upfront pricing before any work begins, and backs the repairs and services it performs with a one-year workmanship guarantee.
