Do you charge for estimates?
No. All estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise specified, and Monel Pro also offers a free consultation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued, after which prices may change due to material costs, project scope changes or market conditions.
Is your work covered by a warranty?
Yes. Monel Pro provides a 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty on its labor unless otherwise stated in writing. Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the product manufacturer, and the workmanship warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, customer misuse, accidental damage, structural movement, water intrusion, pre-existing conditions or customer-supplied defective materials.
Do you require a deposit?
It depends on the size of the project. Projects up to $450 require no deposit and are paid in full upon completion. Projects over $450 require a $200 Scheduling Deposit that reserves your project date and is applied toward your final balance, with the remaining balance due immediately upon completion.

Can you install a basketball hoop I already bought?
Yes. Monel Pro installs customer-provided basketball hoops, including both in-ground and portable models, and can install hoops near concrete or asphalt driveways using a separate in-ground concrete footing or approved anchoring systems.
How long does basketball hoop installation take?
Most installations take 2 to 4 hours depending on ground conditions and the hoop type, and in most cases the excavation and concrete work are completed in one visit. The concrete typically needs 24 to 48 hours to cure before the hoop can be fully used.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
More than 48 hours before your appointment you may reschedule at no additional charge. Between 24 and 48 hours before, a $30 scheduling fee may be deducted from your Scheduling Deposit if you cancel rather than reschedule, and less than 24 hours before, a $70 cancellation fee may be deducted from your Scheduling Deposit if you choose to cancel rather than reschedule. If Monel Pro must reschedule due to weather, emergencies or safety concerns, there is no charge to you.
