Do you offer same-day service in Houston?
Often, in the areas closest to our Spring Branch shop, such as Spring Branch, Memorial, and Oak Forest and Garden Oaks. Katy, Sugar Land, Cypress, and The Woodlands are longer trips, so we schedule those rather than fit them into the same day. Call early for the best availability.
What does pricing look like?
Pricing depends on the part and the door. As a guide, spring replacement starts at $225, opener repair and replacement at $150, and hardware repairs at $199. We provide a written quote before any work begins, and estimates are always free, so there are no surprises.
Are you insured and do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Dr Garage Door is fully insured, and all labor is backed by a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Parts carry their manufacturer warranty in addition.
How long does a spring replacement take?
Most spring replacements are finished in a single visit. We carry standard torsion and extension springs on the truck, replace them in pairs, and rebalance and test the door before we leave.
