A standard cleaning covers the entire home: vacuuming carpets, cleaning window sills, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, general tidying up, dusting and polishing furniture, and dusting shelves, blinds and ceiling fans. General areas get desks and visible surfaces, light switches, door knobs and hand rails sanitized and wiped. Bathrooms include mirrors, polished chrome and scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, bathtubs, showers and sinks. Kitchens include the outside of appliances, inside the microwave, dishes placed in the dishwasher and disinfected surfaces and sinks. Bedrooms include changing bed linens and making beds.

Will I have the same cleaners every visit?
Castle Cleaners strives to keep the same housekeepers on every service, though illness, days off or a change in career path mean it cannot be guaranteed 100 percent. Every home is assigned two dedicated cleaning crews, so if the primary crew is not available the backup crew cleans instead. Sticking to your cleaning schedule and minimizing rescheduling helps keep the same crew on your home.
What if I am not happy with my cleaning?
Castle Cleaners offers a 100% service guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your recent cleaning, call within 24 hours and the team will come back to re-clean any missed areas at no cost.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
No. For busy working professionals Castle Cleaners recommends automating access with a lockbox, keypad code or garage code so cleanings are handled automatically. You will receive 3 full days advance notice of your appointment by email and text message, plus another email and text one day before as a final reminder.
Are there any cleanings you do not handle?
Yes. Castle Cleaners does not provide post-construction or renovation cleanings, and does not handle excessive construction or renovation dust.
