The practice is open late and on Saturdays, accepts all PPO insurance, and offers CareCredit payment plans for treatment costs insurance does not fully cover. Many urgent cases can be seen same-day based on availability, and the team speaks Spanish as well as English.

Do you offer same-day emergency dental appointments?
Many urgent cases can be seen same-day based on availability. Call or text (817) 259-0671 to check openings. Walk-in emergency visits may be accommodated when availability allows, but calling or texting first is the fastest way to confirm. For trouble breathing, uncontrolled bleeding or severe facial swelling, the practice directs patients to the nearest emergency room first.
What are your office hours?
The office is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM by appointment. The office is closed Tuesday and Sunday.
What insurance do you accept?
Prestige Dental of Fort Worth accepts all PPO insurance. Listed carriers include Aetna, BCBS, Careington, Cigna, Delta Dental, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, United Concordia and United Healthcare.
What if my insurance does not cover the full cost?
The practice partners with CareCredit, which provides flexible low and no-interest payment plans for treatment not fully covered by insurance, as well as deductibles and co-payments. Cash, personal checks, debit cards and credit cards are also accepted.
Is there an offer for new patients?
Yes. New patients can get an exam and X-rays for $99, which includes a comprehensive exam, digital X-rays, an oral cancer screening and a personalized treatment plan. The offer is for new patients only, cannot be combined with insurance or other offers, is not valid for periodontal therapy or surgical procedures, and is valid for a limited time.
Do you treat children?
Yes. The practice provides care across all ages, from pediatric patients starting at three months old through senior patients, and offers children's services such as pulp therapy, baby tooth extraction, stainless steel crowns, space maintainers, sealants and fluoride treatment.
What are my options if I am nervous about dental work?
Sedation dentistry is offered, with nitrous oxide, oral sedation and IV sedation available depending on the treatment and the patient.
