What products do you use to clean?
Maids only carry and use products that are safe for you, your family, and pets. An all green cleaning option is also available if you prefer.
Do I need to supply anything?
No. The team brings everything needed to make your home look wonderful.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Cowtown Maids does not require any contracts and aims to keep you coming back through the quality of the cleaning.
What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
Let the team know within 24 hours of your cleaning and they will be happy to come out and re-clean that area.
Are you insured?
Yes. Cowtown Maids is insured and bonded, so if something is accidentally broken while cleaning your home, you are covered.
How do I pay?
Cowtown Maids accepts credit cards, debit cards, and Cowtown Maids gift cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
At least 72 hours of notice is required for any cancellation. Cancellations without 72 hours of notice are charged 50% of the amount or estimated amount.
What do I do with my pets during the cleaning?
Friendly pets can stay out while the team works alongside them. Pets that are not comfortable with strangers can be crated, kept outside weather permitting, or placed in a room that will not be cleaned while they are in there.
