FAQs
What conditions do you treat?
Cityview Chiropractic treats back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, hip pain, sciatica, scoliosis, disc injury, whiplash, pinched nerve, work injury, arm pain, leg pain, carpal tunnel, knee pain, shoulder pain, and vertigo, among other concerns.
Do you offer a new patient special?
Yes. The $55 New Patient Special covers your first complete chiropractic visit, including a chiropractic consultation, full chiropractic exam, X-rays if needed, a chiropractic adjustment, a report of findings, and care recommendations.
What happens on my first visit?
The first visit follows six steps: new patient forms, a consultation with Dr. Steve Sanders, a chiropractic exam, a report of findings covering your health history, goals, spine examination, and X-rays, treatment that may include spinal adjustments, intersegmental traction, and/or spinal decompression, and a custom wellness plan. Forms can be filled out ahead of time online.
Do you treat auto accident injuries?
Yes. The team provides personalized auto injury care for whiplash, neck pain, back injuries, and soft tissue damage. In Texas, auto injuries are covered at 100 percent regardless of fault or passenger status, and the office asks for your claim number, insurance information, and attorney information.
Do you take insurance?
Yes. The office verifies any benefits you may have and sends claims in to your insurance for you. HSA, HRA, and Flex dollars are accepted, and patients are responsible for deductibles, co-insurance, co-pays, and unpaid visits. Medicare is covered up to a maximum of 12 weeks, with a Medicare discount after that period.
What if I do not have insurance?
Care plans and simple payment arrangements are available, and the practice says these have helped over 1,000 people. All payment arrangements are made in advance.
Do you offer prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care?
Yes. Prenatal care and pediatric care are both offered, and Dr. Sanders is certified by the ICPA in the Webster Technique, which is commonly used by pregnant women to reduce stress on the pelvis and low back.
What are your practice hours?
The practice lists hours of Monday 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm, Tuesday 3pm to 6pm, Wednesday 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm, Thursday 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm, and Friday 9am to 12pm. Appointments can be booked online.
