How much does pest control cost?
Our Basic plan starts at $49 per month, and our most popular plan, Standard, starts at $59 per month. Final pricing depends on factors including your home's size and any specific pest issues you are dealing with, since certain pests require additional charges on the initial service. Pricing is provided transparently over the phone or online.
Do you offer free inspections?
Yes. Termite and rodent inspections are free, and most plans can be priced online in about 60 seconds. For more challenging situations, such as rodents in an attic or active termites from an unknown location, a technician comes out to assess and provides a no-obligation quote, and can often get started with the service right there. Plan on about an hour for a termite inspection.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Our default term is 12 months, and committing to it typically earns a discount off the initial service, but you can also pay the full initial price and stay on a month-to-month agreement.
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your service and have given Forterra three opportunities to fix the issue, the company refunds your most recent payment. If you are in the contract period, it also lets you out with no penalties or cancellation fees.
How quickly can you come out for service?
We usually come out within about two working days of booking, and sooner when pests are already indoors.
What does the quarterly general pest service include?
Each quarterly visit follows the same six-zone pass: we inspect the perimeter, treat the foundation line and eaves, remove webs and wasp nests, seal gaps at entry points with copper mesh, silicone and caulk, treat the interior when needed, and leave a written report. It covers ants, spiders, earwigs, cockroaches, rodents, wasps and dozens of other common household pests.
Is treatment safe around kids and pets?
