Do you see dental emergencies?
Yes. The practice holds space in its schedule every day so patients with emergencies can be seen as quickly as possible. Call the office and the staff will find the soonest opening. Cases involving facial swelling or uncontrolled bleeding that needs stitches are directed to an emergency room instead.
Do I have to be an existing patient to be seen for an emergency?
No. Turtle Creek Dental Associates states that you do not have to be an established patient to receive emergency dental care, and the team is happy to see new patients on an emergency basis.
What insurance do you accept?
The practice works with most dental insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, MetLife and United Healthcare. The office handles the paperwork and files claims on your behalf.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
Turtle Creek Dental Associates offers the in-house Aspire Dental Wellness Plan. The standard adult plan is $46 per month, the child plan is $36 per month and the gum disease plan is $74 per month, and each includes up to 20% off any needed treatment. The plan cannot be combined with dental insurance, patient financing or other discounts.
What is included in the wellness plan?
The standard adult and child plans include a cleaning every six months, oral cancer screening, periodic dental exam and X-rays, emergency exam and X-rays and fluoride treatment. The gum disease plan replaces the six-month cleaning with a perio maintenance cleaning every three to four months.
What are your hours?
The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 12pm. The practice states that Saturday is by appointment only, and it is closed Sunday.
