If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your service, X-Act Care will return to re-clean the area or task within 24 hours, or apply a credit into your account towards the next visit. This will not apply if you are home upon completion. If you are home and notice the cleaner overlooked something, tell the cleaner to re-clean the area or call the office before the cleaner leaves your home, and contact the office as soon as possible during normal business hours. The company also holds a 48 hour warranty period from the day the cleaning is completed for missed areas or damaged items.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. X-Act Care does not charge upfront fees, and it states there are no upsells or hidden fees. You pay securely online only once the cleaning is complete.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. The maids are equipped with all the cleaning supplies, products and equipment they need. If you want a specific supply or piece of equipment used, call ahead and the team will arrange it.

What is the difference between regular, deep and move out cleaning?
A regular cleaning maintains your home frequently and covers dusting blinds and baseboards, vacuuming carpet and mopping floors. A deep cleaning adds wiping down blinds, baseboards, window sills and ceiling fans for a more detailed job, and suits homes that have not had maids coming frequently. A move out cleaning is for an emptied property and includes cleaning inside and outside of kitchen cabinets, drawers, refrigerator and freezer.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and there is no cancellation fee. An appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is subject to a $40 cancellation fee, and a same day cancellation fee is $80.
