The team handles recurring maintenance cleaning, general cleans, deep cleans, move in and move out, make ready, spring cleaning, post construction, Airbnb cleaning, office cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting, plus in-home laundry and wash and fold service. Pricing starts at $75 per cleaning and in-home laundry starts at $1.99 per pound. Cleaners are full-time W-4 employees who are traceable, insured and background checked, and every visit is covered by a 100% Happiness Guarantee or Gmaids will reclean at no cost.

Yes. Gmaids cleaners are traceable, insured and background checked, and they are full-time W-4 employees rather than subcontractors. Gmaids states it is fully insured in the unlikely event that damage occurs.
Will I have the same cleaning team every visit?
Yes. You get your own dedicated cleaning team, and Gmaids will never rotate your cleaning team except at your request.
