How much does junk removal cost?
There is no single flat rate. Your price is based on how much room the load takes in the trailer, how heavy the material is, how much labor and access the job needs, and the disposal fees for what is being hauled. You get a firm number before any work starts.

Can you quote from photos instead of coming out?
For most junk removal and cleanout jobs, yes. Photos of the pile, room, or structure from a couple of angles are usually enough. Larger demolition work sometimes needs an on-site look, and the team will tell you if yours does.
Can you come the same day?
Often yes, when the schedule allows. Call or text (850) 966-1371 and you will be told the soonest window that is actually open rather than a promised slot that does not exist.
What items will you not take?
Hazardous materials cannot be accepted, including paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, oil, propane tanks, asbestos, and medical waste. If you are unsure about an item, send a photo and you will get an answer before the truck rolls.
What kind of demolition do you do?
Light and non-structural demolition: sheds, decks, fences, carports, hot tubs, above-ground pools, interior cabinets, flooring, paneling, and partition walls. The debris is hauled in the same trip. Structural demolition of occupied buildings is not taken on.
