Owner Randy Parker started in the plumbing trade in 1995 at fifteen years old, working with his father, a service plumber in the Tallahassee area. He received his journeyman's card in 2007 and his Florida plumbing contractor license in April of 2008, and Seminole Plumbing Inc opened for business in Tallahassee in August of 2008. Randy and Terah Parker own and operate the company, which is now licensed in four states: Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Ohio. Work covers residential service, natural gas piping and appliance installation, water line repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair, water heaters, bathtubs and showers, backflow preventers and backflow testing, and commercial new construction and remodels. The team also handles pipe jetting, pipe camera inspection, fixture repair and replacement, burst and frozen pipes, gas leaks and grinder pumps. Around 60 percent of the company's work is repeat business and word of mouth is its biggest advertiser.
