ATS Exteriors Roofing & Siding
ATS Exteriors Roofing & Siding is a family-owned, locally owned and operated roofing and siding contractor based in Broomfield, Colorado, serving homeowners across Westminster, Northglenn, Thornton, Arvada, Denver, Boulder and the surrounding Front Range communities. The company was started by Jeff and Rebecca Stakes, a husband-and-wife team who between them bring 25 years of combined experience and 7 years serving the Denver area. Their reason for founding ATS Exteriors was straightforward: they had spent years watching homeowners get passed from salesperson to project manager to production crew with little communication along the way, and they wanted to build something different. ATS Exteriors does not employ salespeople. Jeff and Rebecca perform the inspections, prepare the estimates, and stay personally involved on every project from first visit through final walkthrough. Services cover residential roofing, roof replacement, roof repair, storm damage roof repair, emergency roofing, shingle replacement, insurance claim inspection, and siding repair and replacement. Roofing systems include asphalt, stone coated steel, composite and standing seam metal. The company is a member of the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce, an Owens Corning Certified Preferred Contractor and a James Hardie Elite Preferred Installer, is fully licensed and insured, and carries an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau. A signature debris protection system shields landscaping and exterior features throughout the project, with daily cleanup and magnetic nail sweeps. Estimates break out materials, labor, disposal and timeline plainly, no deposits are required before work begins, and free roof inspections are offered. Financing is available through Hearth, whose pre-qualification takes under two minutes and does not affect your credit score.
