The crew hauls furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard waste and construction debris, and takes on garage cleanouts, estate cleanouts and full property clear outs. Alongside junk removal, R&D handles small scale interior and exterior demolition such as kitchen demolition, bathroom teardowns, deck removal and full room gut outs, plus commercial work including office and warehouse cleanouts, construction debris haul away and roll-off dumpster rental in 30 and 40 cubic yard sizes. Estimates are free and upfront, same-day service is available, and the team works seven days a week across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Items that leave a job site are donated, recycled or properly discarded, and the crew sweeps up before leaving.
