Quintana Chiropractic Center is a complete chiropractic and rehabilitative center that has provided quality treatment to the South Florida community for over three decades. Dr. Glenn Quintana, a Miami native who graduated from Hialeah High School in 1981 and went on to earn his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine at Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon, began practicing in 1989. He opened Quintana Chiropractic Center in Kendall in 1992 and added the Hialeah location at 709 East 9th Street a year later. The practice describes its work as going beyond chiropractic adjustments, building lasting relationships, understanding each patient's unique needs, and guiding them toward lasting wellness, with generations of families placing their trust in the practice. Care starts with an accurate diagnosis, which the practice calls one of the most impactful experiences a patient can gain in improving their health, and the team then evaluates and treats the specific condition in front of them. Chiropractic care here means treating an injury or pain by manipulating segments of the spine and other joints to improve performance and function. Alongside adjustments the office provides rehabilitation and physical therapy, including rehabilitative exercises, ultrasounds, electrical muscle stimulation, manual massage, and hot and cold therapies to obtain maximum recovery, plus shock wave therapy, an advanced non invasive treatment used to promote healing, reduce pain, and stimulate tissue repair for chronic conditions such as tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and other musculoskeletal injuries. Three chiropractic physicians practice at Quintana Chiropractic Center. Dr. Glenn Quintana is joined by his brother Fred H. Quintana, who obtained his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College in 1993 and joined the practice in 1999, and by Dra. Cristina Soto, a graduate of Keiser University College of Chiropractic Medicine who is certified in Cox Flexion Distraction for both the cervical and lumbar spine and enjoys working with athletes of all levels. The team speaks English and Spanish, and the office states that it works with most insurance companies.
