We are Lovett Services, a commercial plumbing and infrastructure contractor based in Portland, Oregon and serving the greater Portland metro area and Southwest Washington. We have been in business since 1997, and today our team of around 100 professionals handles the plumbing, drainage, excavation, and site work that keeps commercial properties running.
We focus on commercial, industrial, municipal, and multifamily properties, working directly with property managers, facility directors, general contractors, and public works departments. Our services include commercial plumbing, drain cleaning and sewer work, sewer camera inspection, hydro jetting, backflow testing, water damage mitigation, and stormwater services. We also handle excavation and civil site work, horizontal directional drilling, hydro excavation, pipe bursting, vacuum truck services, EV charging installation, and seasonal snow and ice removal.
Where it makes sense, we use trenchless methods like directional drilling and pipe bursting to avoid tearing up parking lots, landscaping, and common areas, which keeps disruption to your tenants and operations to a minimum. Our dispatch runs 24/7 for genuine emergencies such as pipe bursts, sewer backups, and flooding.
We are fully licensed in Oregon (CCB #125507) and insured, with PGE-certified drilling installers and IICRC-certified water damage crews. All of our workmanship is backed by a one-year warranty, so if something is not right, we come back and make it right at no additional cost. We provide a clear estimate before starting work and stand behind every job.
