Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. All work is guaranteed. Because of that, there is no need for a monthly contract, and most residential jobs are a one time service. Exclusion work sealing holes for mice, rats, rodents, and small animals is guaranteed against re-entry.
How do you treat termites?
Termite control is done the old fashioned way by drilling the substructure along the perimeter inside and outside, whether basement, slab, or addition construction, then injecting termiticide into the soil to create a protective barrier and eliminate the colony.
What guarantee comes with termite treatment?
Termite treatments come with a 1 year guarantee. After that period a lifetime termite renewal guarantee is offered, which insures the property up to $100,000 for termite damage occurring after the initial treatment and covers any necessary follow up treatments. The lifetime guarantee is transferable to a new owner if the property is sold. Termite soil pre-treatments for new construction come with a 5 year guarantee.

What are your hours?
The office is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 4pm, and is closed Sunday. Early and late hour appointments are available based on availability.
Can I buy products and treat the problem myself?
Yes. Dynamite Pest Control sells professional grade do it yourself products, the same ones used by pest control professionals, which are not sold at stores such as Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, or hardware stores. Packages are available to suit different budgets.
