Labor and material are warranted for two years. If paint failure appears, Nolan Painting supplies labor and materials to correct the condition without cost, and the warranty is transferable. Exclusions include normal wear and tear, moisture intrusion, rotted wood, structural defects, failure of previous coatings, insect infestation, painted or stained floors and steps, and dirt or mildew accumulation.
