How do new clients get started?
New clients fill out a service inquiry form on the Request Service page. The team reaches out by phone within one business day, walks you through the process, and sends a custom estimate.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. The estimate provided is the total for your service, so you know the price before the team arrives rather than watching an hourly rate add up.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. Philly Cleaning Company provides all of its own cleaning supplies and equipment. Clients are only asked to provide paper towels and trash bags.
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
The standard products used are safe for homes with kids and pets. Stronger disinfectants are used only in bathrooms and kitchens.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. The majority of clients are not home during their service, and the team can work with a lockbox, a key, a door code, or a garage code. You are also welcome to be present if you prefer.
How many cleaners come to my home?
Typically two to three cleaners per visit. On rare occasions a single cleaner may be sent due to availability, and recurring clients are assigned the same team whenever possible.
