Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Yes. Every member of the cleaning team is fully bonded and insured and goes through rigorous background screening before entering a client home. Cleaners also receive training in cleaning techniques, safety, and customer service.
What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean is weekly or bi-weekly maintenance covering vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, and trash. A deep clean adds the build up areas such as inside the oven, microwave, and fridge, light fixtures and ceiling fans, window sills and blinds, baseboards, and bathroom tile.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. The teams arrive fully equipped with all necessary supplies and professional grade equipment, and they use eco friendly products that are safe for families and pets. If you prefer specific products for certain surfaces, they are happy to use yours.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Most clients go about their day while the team cleans. As long as there is access to the property and any special instructions, the team is set. You can leave a key, use a lockbox, or arrange access through your property manager.
