Recommended for homes that have been professionally cleaned in the last 3 months or are currently well maintained.

Recommended for a first clean or a home not professionally cleaned in the previous 3 months. Tackles long standing dirt and grime in hard to reach areas.

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We offer all potential new customers a free estimate so you know the cost up front before you book. Fill out the commercial or residential form to get a free quote.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products or equipment you would rather we use, you are welcome to provide them. Just let us know during the initial call.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes. We are committed to environmental responsibility and prioritize eco-friendly cleaning products to reduce harmful chemicals that can affect your home and the environment, including your family and pets.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No. You can leave a key under the mat, with your concierge, in the mailbox, or wherever else is most convenient for you.
How often does my home need a deep cleaning?
We recommend starting with a deep cleaning if your home has not been professionally cleaned in the past three months. After that, a deep cleaning every 3 to 6 months helps keep the home properly disinfected.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled cleaning cost, which covers the time reserved for your cleaner. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss any exceptions.
Are there jobs you will not take?
For the safety of our staff we do not clean properties with active pest infestations or biohazardous waste, including human or pet waste. Our teams also cannot feed pets, clean pet waste, or walk pets.
