Health insurance is accepted for chiropractic visits, with the practice in network with Aetna, Independence Blue Cross, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and affordable self pay rates are available for patients without insurance or with a high deductible. Do you accept insurance?
Health insurance is accepted for chiropractic visits, and the practice is in network with Aetna, Independence Blue Cross, and Blue Cross Blue Shield policies. If you have questions about another company, contact the office. Commercial health insurance is not accepted for massage therapy, with rare exceptions for personal injury or auto claims.
How much does a chiropractic visit cost?
The initial evaluation and treatment for a new patient is $80 and follow up visits are $60. A 3-pack of chiropractic visits is $160, and 5, 10 and custom packages are available from the front desk.
How much does a massage cost?
A 55 minute massage is $85, an 85 minute massage is $120, and a 110 minute massage is $170. Three-packs are $220 for 55 minute massages and $350 for 85 minute massages, and 5, 10 and custom packages are available from the front desk.
Do you charge more for deep tissue or sports massage?
No. Deep tissue, Swedish and sports recovery all fall within the practice of the therapists, and the practice charges by time rather than by technique. If a therapist feels you need a different treatment after your massage starts, they are not tethered to a price list.
How do I book an appointment?
There are three ways to schedule. You can text or call the office at 215-483-6550, use the Acuity Scheduling app, or sign up for an account through the practice web scheduling page. With web scheduling you pay in advance until you are an established patient, and if you are using insurance you can set up the account and then call or text the office to finish the process.
Who is the chiropractor?
Care is provided by Dr. Theodore B. Loos, DC, the practice owner. He has been practicing chiropractic since 2001, was a scholarship student-athlete at Life University College of Chiropractic, and began practicing in the Roxborough neighborhood of Philadelphia in 2005.
