Your initial appointment takes about 30 minutes. Your provider goes from head to toe with a thorough examination after reviewing your health history, and then a personalized care plan is discussed. The practice asks that you dress comfortably in leggings, workout gear, or shorts and a t-shirt, and avoid wearing skirts.
Can I fill out the new patient paperwork before I come in?
