The practice offers a membership club with preventive care coverage and members-only discounts for a low monthly subscription fee, with no deductibles, annual limits or waiting periods. Adult membership is $42.00 a month and child membership is $40.00 a month, periodontal maintenance tiers run from $49.00 to $74.00 a month, and members receive 15% off all other treatments with some exclusions. A $149 lifetime activation fee includes the first month.

What should I do if I have a dental emergency?
Call the office at 352-768-6565. The practice treats damaged, broken, cracked and injured teeth, replaces lost fillings and repairs damaged crowns, and notes that a knocked-out permanent tooth should be handled by the crown and kept moist while you contact the office immediately. In many cases a broken tooth can be repaired in one appointment.
