Do you use poison for rodent control?
No. All of the traps are baited with poison-free peanut butter, and the A24 automatic trap is used as the best poison alternative. The reason given is that whenever a rodent consumes poison it enters the food chain and can secondarily poison local wildlife and neighborhood pets.
What does the rodent 3 Visit Plan include?
The first visit is a full property inspection and trap setting, with the $99 inspection fee waived when the plan is purchased. The second visit covers trap checks and sealing entry holes, and the third confirms there is no new activity or adds sealing as needed. Holes are not sealed on the first visit so rodents are not trapped inside walls. The plan is $499.
How much does an inspection cost?
An initial inspection in the Portland area is $99. For other pest solutions, that $99 inspection can be applied to your service, and it is waived if you buy the $499 rodent 3 Visit Plan.
What do your services cost?
Pricing is upfront and flat rate with no hidden fees. Natural ant control ranges from $149 to $199, natural spider control ranges from $149 to $199, natural wasp and hornet control is $199, and natural flea control is $329 for a 3 Treatment Plan. Large homes, complex properties or severe infestations may affect these prices.
Is there a guarantee?
For multi-visit plans and recurring quarterly services there is a satisfaction guarantee. If the pests return between scheduled visits, the team will return to address the issue at no additional cost to you.
What does the quarterly service plan cover?
The insect quarterly plan is $149 per quarter, includes at least 4 visits through the year plus up to 4 free follow ups between quarterly visits, and covers spiders, most ant species, wasps, beetles, moths, silverfish and more. The rodent and insect plan is $499 for the first 3 visits, one to two weeks apart, then $149 per quarter, with at least 6 visits a year.
