I'm thrilled to share my review of the locally owned garage door company that I chose for my project. Right from the beginning, my goal was to support a local business, and I'm delighted to say that I made the right decision. The entire process, from start to finish, was an A++ experience. Overhead Door of Portland was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs.

David replaced the two springs which lift our double wide garage door. Only one was broken, but he felt the 2nd spring probably wouldn't last much longer & he said 1 3/4″ springs such as ours were no longer being used. He replaced both springs with 2″ springs. I watched the entire process. He was meticulous and thorough and he even tightened more than 100 bolts which hold down the connecting hinges between the sections of our door, lubed everything which needed lubrication and adjusted the "touch down" of the door.

Installed direct drive garage door opener. Service person did a great job installing new garage door opener. After installing, went through features and explained how to program our cars homelink remote controllers and reviewed the different features of the garage door. Very professional and showed up promptly when they had scheduled, including a courtesy call to confirm when they would arrive. Would recommend using their services.

Excellent service and my garage door is humming again after the spring broke. The technician took the time to explain the simple maintenance I could do. I appreciated the quality service and professionalism. Thank you.
