The clinic is in network with Moda Health, PacificSource, Providence Health Plan, and Regence BlueCross BlueShield. Some out-of-network coverage may be available through United Healthcare and other insurers with out-of-network chiropractic benefits. Aetna, Cigna Healthcare, Health Net, Kaiser Permanente, Medicaid, the Oregon Health Plan, and TRICARE are not accepted.
How far in advance should I book so my benefits can be verified?
The clinic asks that you make your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, which gives its insurance specialists adequate time to get benefit information from your insurance provider before the visit. If benefits cannot be verified in time, a placeholder fee of $250 is charged at the appointment and refunded if your insurance subsequently covers the visit.
Are you open on Saturdays?
Yes. The Pearl District clinic is open Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Weekday hours are Monday 9am to 6pm, Tuesday through Thursday 8am to 7pm, and Friday 9am to 5pm. The clinic is closed Sunday.

Do you treat injuries from a car accident?
Oregon is a no-fault state for car accidents and all auto policies carry personal injury protection coverage. The clinic does not bill third party claims that are pending settlement to pay for medical treatment, so contact the office to discuss how your visit would be covered.

Specialty and supportive care includes perinatal care, pelvic floor rehabilitation, hypermobility disorders, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, arthritis support, and peripheral neuropathy support.
