Is your work warrantied?
Yes. Hi-Tech provides nationwide warranty coverage for all of its services. Auto repairs and services are covered for the first year or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
What kind of parts do you use?
The shop only uses genuine replacement parts from reputable vendors to ensure that your vehicle is always reliable and ready to drive.
What are your hours?
Hi-Tech Auto Repair is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 2:00pm. The shop is closed Sunday.
Do you offer roadside assistance?
Yes. You receive free roadside assistance through AC Delco when you have your vehicle serviced at Hi-Tech. Coverage runs 12 months from the date indicated on your invoice, applies to the original purchaser only, and is available in the United States and Canada. It includes towing to the nearest authorized service facility, lockout service, flat-tire assistance, fuel, oil, fluid and coolant delivery, and battery jump-start. Terms and conditions may apply.
Can I finance a repair?
Yes. Financing is available through Snap Finance, so a larger repair or service can be paid over time.
