What services do you offer?
We provide roof cleaning, house washing, pressure washing for driveways and hardscapes, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and seasonal services like Christmas light installation and snow removal. We handle both residential and commercial properties.
Do you soft wash roofs?
Yes. We follow roof manufacturer guidelines through ARMA and use soft washing techniques that clean effectively without damaging your shingles. We clean asphalt shingles, tile and clay, metal, and TPO membrane roofs, but we do not clean wooden roofs.
How do you protect plants and pets?
We rinse plants before and after cleaning, cover sensitive areas when needed, and ask about any concerns upfront. Our 100% biodegradable detergent is safe for plants and pets, as long as pets are not sprayed directly.
What does pricing look like?
Pressure washing starts at about $300, roof cleaning starts at $500, and driveway cleaning typically ranges from $300 to $1,000 depending on square footage and condition. Commercial pricing is custom based on the scope of the job. We provide a clear quote after reviewing your needs.
What is your guarantee?
We back our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Roof cleaning carries a five-year warranty and house washing a two-year warranty. For asphalt shingles, if moss returns within the first three years we clean it again for free, and in years four and five we clean it at 50% off.
