We've been using AAA for years to keep our heater in good working order. We recently needed servicing especially with the winter weather and they had Nick here in just two days. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and proved once again that AAA has earned our trust.

I had a great experience with AAA! Cristen walked us through our options and gave us a great quote, then Chris and his assistant performed a swift installation and left the site cleaner than when they found it. Our fancy new ducted heat pump is almost silent and sips power.

We love AAA Heating & Cooling. They installed our new furnace 9 years ago, and it's still running great. They never suggest unnecessary repairs or services, and have been here in Portland for years. We have them out once a year to service the furnace and swap the filter out. Would always recommend.

None of us in the house have much experience in this matter and didn't even know where the furnace was as we just moved into our house recently. He was able to figure it all out very quickly. We had a premium heat pump and backup gas furnace installed by AAA two years ago and they've been great since. They're service throughout was amazing. We also just had them back for our annual maintenance and had fantastic service by Ernesto who added a coil cleaning on the spot.

I have been using AAA for the last three years and I have always had a good experience. My furnace is getting older but with yearly maintenance from AAA it keeps jugging along. This year, Isaiah was my technician. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. I am happy with their service.
