Do you offer a free diagnostic?
We offer up to one hour of free diagnostic time if repairs are made here on the same day.
Is your work under warranty?
Yes. Repairs are backed by a 24-month, 24,000-mile warranty on parts and labor.
Do you work on diesel trucks?
We can provide inspections and wheel alignments for diesel trucks, but we do not perform mechanical work on them. Our primary focus is foreign auto repair for passenger vehicles.
Do you work on electric vehicles?
We are able to handle inspections and wheel alignments for electric vehicles, but we do not service EV mechanical components. Most of our work centers on standard passenger cars.
Do you offer mobile auto repairs?
No, we do not provide mobile auto repairs. Our location near the airport and the Blue Line makes it easy to visit us in Charlotte.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and closed on weekends.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We serve customers in both English and Spanish.
