What does the residential pest control program include?
The initial service covers spraying around the windows and doors, spraying the foundation of the home 3 feet up and 3 feet out, de-webbing and spray treating the perimeter of the yard along the fence line or wall, sweeping, spraying, and de-webbing the eaves and other areas around the home, and treating high pest population sources around the yard to reduce pest activity up to 30 ft. away from your home.
How often do you treat?
After the initial service, Evolve returns and treats again 30 days later, then re-treats the exterior of your home on a bi-monthly basis. The interior is treated on an as-needed basis.
Which pests are covered by the regular service?
The residential program covers ants (including fire ants), cockroaches (American and Oriental), crickets, centipedes, millipedes, earwigs, silverfish, fleas (exterior), ticks, spiders, scorpions, and wasps. Bed bugs, termites, German cockroaches, rodents, and mosquitoes are handled as separate services.
Is the service guaranteed?
Yes. General services come with a money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the results in between services, Evolve will come out and treat your home or commercial space for no additional cost, and if you have to call back more than twice between two regularly scheduled services, the company refunds the cost of your last paid pest control service.
