First! Attorney Katie is an amazing person, who really helped me feel like she cared about my concerns when I came to her after a bad experience elsewhere. She was always responsive anytime I’d send her a direct text message. Whenever I called into the officer her receptionist was nice as well. I wish I could give a 5 star review but please read to understand where I think some areas can improve. When I initially came to Attorney Katie’s office for assistance, Paula was the assigned case manager. She was helpful, compassionate, understanding, always responded quickly. I expressed my concerns with certain treatments and never felt pressured to do anything I was not comfortable with. Then, my case manager changed. I believe her name is April, this sort of where it took a turn. Although April seemed as if she understood, her responses always sounded condescending or sarcastic. She definitely felt more pushy for the treatment I didn’t feel comfortable with. There was an entire phone call where I expressed my anxiety about medical treatments, and the mental health impact it has had on me throughout my life, so much so that I have gone through treatment and therapy, just for her to respond “but what are you anxious about.” In that moment I was definitely not heard and she was not listening to anything I had just told her. Now it was time for the settlement, I felt like I had to beg for my check, because the previous attorney I was with was not responding this was delaying me getting my settlement, which I would have not bugged so much had a timeframe been communicated. I finally bugged enough where they called me at 3:45pm on Friday when they close at 4 that my check was ready. I picked up my check and after everything was said and done, yes I can say I was satisfied with the outcome but that doesn’t go without saying, after looking at the bills, there were something’s I was definitely confused about but chalked it up to being it is what it is. With all that being said, I do appreciate Attorney Katie taking me as a client and helping me during this time!

2 years ago I went into a restaurant, and the bench slid from underneath me , I landed in a wooden box underneath with the 2 by 4 going directly into my lower spine. I never felt so much pain in my life. My shoulder was also injured. I could no longer type , I went to the ER, and that's when I found out somewhere in the last month there was changes to my insurance. I never been in any situation like this before, and I had no idea how I was going to get the treatment I need to get my arm , and spine back to living conditions. I was referred to Katie Goldberg by a group of people. I reached out and explained my situation, crying because I had no clue what to do. Katie listened calmed me down , and explained she has Dr.'s that will help treat me. The Dr. she sent me to was nothing short of amazing, they listened to me , let me cry , and provided excellent care. Katie went into action and took on the Casino and restaurant. I had absolutely no idea this tragic accident would be a true blessing in disguise. Katie came out with an amazing settlement. I never in my life imagined depositing a check like this. I also want to send a huge shout out to Crystal the office manager, she is very down to earth , understanding , and on top of all your needs. Anytime I ever asked a question, she always had the answer for me. I watched Katie's community service for the past two years, and I can hands down say ...... The women and children of Clark County Las Vegas are so blessed to have Katie in their corner. She lifts up the Valley with hope , with inspiration, and with knowledge. Katie & her team did an amazing job in helping me navigate being in a car wreck for my first time.
