Recurring schedules are available weekly, bi-weekly, every three weeks, or monthly. The company is licensed, insured and bonded, all of its cleaners are background checked, and eco-friendly cleaning products are used. In home, over the phone, and written estimates are all free and hold no obligation, and every cleaning is backed by a service guarantee: report anything that was missed within 24 hours and the crew returns at no additional cost.

Yes. In home, over the phone, and written estimates are offered, and all estimates are free and hold no obligation. To give an accurate house cleaning estimate the company needs to know the type of service and how many square feet will be cleaned.
Do I have to be home while you clean?
No. The cleaning team is trained to work efficiently and independently, and arrangements can be made for access to the property without the homeowner needing to be present.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
A credit card is collected for your file before booking is finished. Payments can be made by card on file, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or invoice.
What is your cancellation policy?
The company requires 48 hours notice for a reschedule or cancellation, and there is a $100.00 charge for no notice cancellations and lockouts. If you are sick on your cleaning day, call the office by 7:30 am and the company will do its best to reschedule that same week.
